TranStat - the intelligent system for the production of road and maritime transport statistics using big data to shape the country's transport policy.
The API interface to the TranStat system provides access to data and metadata from the area of road and maritime transport and enables their automated downloading.
Data available through the API include experimental statistics of traffic intensity, volume of transport work and the size of pollutant emissions generated by road and maritime transport.
The TranStat system uses large data sets ("Big Data") from sensors, i.e. from the Automatic Identification System of Ships (AIS) and the Electronic Toll Collection System (e-TOLL).
The TranStat system is the result of the work of a project co - financed by the National Center for Research and Development as a part of the 1st competition of the program "Social and economic development of Poland in the conditions of globalizing markets" GOSPOSTRATEG.
Registration
For security and performance reasons, the following request limits have been introduced:
An anonymous user (not logged in) can make up to 5 requests per second, 100 requests per 15 minutes
A registered user can make up to 10 requests per second, 500 requests per 15 minutes
An API key is required from a registered user, which can be obtained after registering / logging in on the system's website. The downloaded key must be entered on the API TranStat page. After clicking on the "Authorize" button, a window will open, where you should enter the obtained key in the "Value" field. The operation should be confirmed with the "Authorize" button.
Please enter the valid e-mail address, because the API client key will be sent to this address.
If you provide an incorrect e-mail address, you will not be able to use the generated key.
